I am a person who has never had respect for sleep but that is probablydue to the fact I always sleep well. However many of my acquaintances suffer  what they think is insomnia but really, in most cases their problem  sleeping is more likely due to lack of preparation for sleep rather than an inability to sleep.

Most folks take the elemental gifts of life for granted, they think that because we are born healthy, breath naturally, sleep naturally and make love naturally to mention just a few things we don’t need to be taught to do that they can’t improve on their technique.
If that were the case the What French women Know about Love & Sex would never have been compossed, Yoga and meditation   would not have been invented and why do we bother to build hospitals?
The truth is that sleep is a journey and like the whole journey you take you require  to prepare before hand so that everything goes right in the best possible physical & mental state. If you suffer from lack of sleep do not just accept it – do something  practical about it.
